The Syngenta Group Code of Conduct sets out the standards we will uphold and integrates our business, social and environmental responsibilities into everything we do. It applies to Syngenta Group and Syngenta Group companies and their employees.
Every employee of Syngenta Group and its companies receives a copy of the Code of Conduct and is expected to know, understand and apply it without exception. Managers are expected to lead by example, hold regular discussions about compliance with their employees, and create a safe environment for employees to speak up about concerns. Managers and employees will have access to programs and tools for training, measuring compliance, and assessing risks.

Employees of Syngenta Group and Syngenta Group companies are expected to report any suspected violations of the Code of Conduct either directly to their line manager, a member of our Legal, Compliance or Human Resources teams, or on an anonymous basis through our external Compliance Helpline, which is available 24-hours a day in 24 languages.
Violations of this Code of Conduct will result in appropriate disciplinary action under applicable employment laws and practices. Syngenta Group does not tolerate retaliation against any individual who reports suspected violations of the Code of Conduct in good faith.
